Our Extra Virgin Olive Oils are of superior quality, produced with the best harvest from our family olive trees, located in an unbeatable environment.
Sustainable and efficient farming
At Fermer Oliva we are dedicated to the cultivation of the olive tree in hedgerows, super-intensive or high density, this is a cultivation system through which we seek to maximise the yield of the harvest and optimise human resources.
With the help of mechanical means combined with the rational and responsible use of water we can make cultivation more sustainable and ecological.
We are also a "Carbon Farming", we respect the environment and by applying various practices we ensure that CO2 is absorbed from the atmosphere and then stored in the plant material and organic matter in the soil.
100% regenerative agriculture to obtain an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the highest quality.
Carbon farming by this we mean agricultural practices that help to store carbon from the atmosphere in agricultural soils, thus helping to prevent the greenhouse effect from the atmosphere in agricultural soils, thus helping to prevent the greenhouse effect.
The whole process of cultivation, production and harvesting is carried out by mechanical means which allows us to transform the olives into olive oil in a maximum of four hours. This results in products of the highest quality and freshness.
We feel it is our responsibility to make a positive impact on people's health and the environment.
We cultivate our olive trees in Carmona - Seville, Monturque - Cordoba, Santa Amalia - Badajoz.
